I love the kids' school! The teachers are great, the school is always having fun activities, and the kids are making some great friends with great parents.
This week was fun. The kids got to wear something fun and different every day. My favorites were mismatched day and sports day. Of course we had to #represent Ohio State. O-H-I-O.
The last day of the week was Apex. The kids had to collect donations for the school. They earned a certain amount of money per lap ran. I hate asking for money from other people. But thankfully, the kids have awesome parents and grandparents. Logan ran 38 laps, Taylor ran 29, and Kendall ran 34. They did awesome, and I was very proud of them. And I think they were proud of themselves, too, and they should be. It was hard, and it was hot, but they pushed through the pain for a good cause.
I feel so blessed to be able to attend these fun activities and to cheer them on. I hope they realize how lucky they are, too. Yeah, probably not. Maybe in 20 years.
That afternoon, they had their fall parties, which I was also able to attend, although I had to split myself into 3. Tis the life of a mom with 4 kiddos...
