4th of July

Just like last year, we spend the 4th of July, with friends, on top of a medical parking garage downtown. The Altmans had tons of activities prepared for the kids, including decorating American flags, hero masks, sidewalk chalk, and of course sparklers. The fireworks were a little far, so the kids were distracted by other things, but it was fun and relaxing, and we will for sure do it again next year. Happy 4th of July!!!

Family visit

Logan and Taylor received their birthday presents a little early, since Bon-Papa and Bonne-Maman were in town for a few days. It was raining, but we didn't let that stop us.

I had to forget about all my outdoor activities for the weekend and think "inside fun," so we went to the pet store.

Yeah, I can't figure out why this picture is upside down, and I'm not going to spend the next 10 minutes trying to figure it out. Anyway, we also went to Chuck E Cheese's.

We had a blast with Bon-Papa and Bonne-Maman. Even though the weather wasn't the best, we enjoyed each other's company and made the best of what we could do inside. We love when they come to visit us and miss them very much when they leave. Ah, if only we lived closer...

Summer Fun
