Slide rock

Paul and his family have been living in Phoenix for 3 years, now. So when they say something is worth seeing and the kids will love it, I trust them.

So we took the 2 hour drive to Sedona to check out Slide Rock. Paul was right, it was a blast! The water was pretty cold, and it was a little scary, but after a little pushing, the kids warmed up to it. By the end of it, Logan was doing it on his own. I love my little daredevil.

It was fun to experience something so unique with Paul and his family. I love spending time with them. And I love that Paul and Leilani's kids are the same age was ours. Cousins are the best!

And Sedona is so.freaking.gorgeous! I love the mountains, the waterfalls, the rivers, and the people. I could see ourselves retiring there someday. In the meantime, we'll content ourselves going there annually, at least!
