Laura is such a good person... always looking for ways to serve others. It's very admirable, considering everything she's been through this last year. Maybe it's her way to pay it forward.
So anyway, she had reserved 15 spots to Feed My Starving Children with her family. But then something came up and she invited us and some other people to fill the spots. We ended up with a group of 17 because my babysitter bailed out the day before and I had to share a babysitter with Audra. I didn't want it to be a big deal, so I left Alexis with Polly and the babysitter and took the boys with me and Kendall. It worked out great and the boys didn't seem to mind that they were the only boys in the whole group. I'm not even sure they noticed...
Afterwards, we went to In 'n out to grab a bite to eat, and every since then, the kids like the In 'n out burgers.
Kendall has never had a playdate with Daisy, but she ended up coming back home with us... let's just say that I don't think they'll have another playdate again. Some kids just don't mesh well, I guess.
