We got the house!!!
After less than 48 hours of phone calls back and forth to negotiate a good deal, we got the house that we wanted. When Billy and I first walked into this house, he told me, "So, I actually saw this one last weekend, and I could totally see us living in it. It's the best one I've seen so far, and is definitely my #1 choice. But don't let that influence you..." I didn't. But I, too, fell in love with the house. It was built in 2008, is over 1,900 sq. ft., has a nonfinished but full basement, 4 bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathrooms, and a yard and deck. It is everything we were looking for.

So fun! Good ol' columbus. Where did y'all buy your house - what area? We loved Hilliard and Dublin/Powell (though that was WAY expensive). But we actually lived in the Galloway area: Westland Ward when we lived there with the Mussons.
So exciting for y'all and your new home - it looks so beautiful! CONGRATS!
