Worst rotation EVER

Yesterday, Billy started his general surgery rotation at Mercy. Let's just say that it's going to be a very long and lonely month.
Yesterday he went in at 6 a.m. and came back a little before 6 p.m. Then he had to go to school and study until 8 p.m.
When he got back from school, he went straight to bed because today he had to go in at 5 a.m. Who knows when he'll come back.
Then he is also on-call for 3 out of 4 weekends, for 36 hours. But I think that he'll be in the hospital, waiting to be called.
If you are reading this and you are a 2nd-year-DO stay away from this rotation. It really SUCKS!

We got lucky. Jacob just finished at surgery at the V.A. The hours where long during the week but he had the weekends off. Well he still had to study on the weekends but he was home Saturday nights and Sundays. Good luck, and hey at least they are only 4 weeks long.

I hope Billy isn't planning on being a surgeon!
