Complaining

I hate to complain to people, so I'm going to complain to my blog.
Everywhere the babies and I go, we get stopped by random people asking the same questions and giving the same comments.
"How old are your babies?" "Oh my, twins! Do you get any sleep?" "You look really good for having had twins!" "Double trouble!"
I didn't think I would mind, but it is getting really old. And now people are getting sick, so I just don't want them talking to me.
There is no room for my bulky stroller inside certain stores. Grocery stores are fine, but clothing stores, and even Babies 'R Us, have no space for us to travel.
And not every store/office has automatic doors, which makes it really hard to go places. The worst are probably my apartment and the church building, but I can't expect them to replace the doors for my convenience.
Wow, I feel much better letting that out. Thanks for listening.

You are going to get the 'how old' question for months and years to come.

i love complaining on my blog! lol makes me feel better after i do. lame about the comments, that would be annoying after a while! do you have a baby carrier? you could try putting one of your boys in the carrier and then find a smaller stroller to put the other one in. we have a baby carrier and just started using it and it's SO MUCH BETTER than lugging around our huge stroller!!!

I have a friend with 1 year old twin boys, this summer we met up with her at Kohl's, I couldn't believe how many people actually stopped us to comment about her twins. I asked her if it happens alot and she said it does, it's hard to go anywhere! I get comments all the time too, but I think the twins are just so cute and you don't see them that often, so people can't help themselves. I hope it gets better for you!

I'd take the "you look really good" comment anytime!

You do look fabulous, by the way!

I wish I could tell you it's going to stop, but I don't think it will! People stop me often to ask if my kids are twins and Isaac is 2 feet taller than Maddie!

oh I so know how you feel, it buggs the crud out of me, when wherever we go people see me with three kiddos and of course I look 14! and so they give me pity looks and say "WOW you've got your hands full!" why yes I do actually and you obviously have a full mouth!" :) is what I feel like saying...but keep the "you look great!" comments a coming! :) and you looks fabulous! you are a gorgeous lady! ":) hope your getting more sleep with the boys
